You Me At Six have launched YOUMonday, combating Blue Monday (January 18) by promoting 'positive mental health in the increasingly challenging times we’re faced with'.

The British band are encouraging fans to share the hashtag #YOUMonday, and frontman Josh Franceschi commented '2020 presented us with some of the most challenging circumstances ever, and 2021 is no place for a Blue Monday.
